You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date for any reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
Email us directly at eric@intric8design.com and we'll help you through the process.

Please have your order number or the email address used at checkout ready. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days; the time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated license key will be deactivated and can no longer be used to unlock Save, Export, or Print. The free features of RPG Mapper remain available.
