These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of RPG Mapper (the "Service"), a map editor for tabletop role-playing games provided by Intric8 Design LLC("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
RPG Mapper is a browser-based map editor. Core editing, sharing, and viewing features are free to use. A one-time Founder's License unlocks Save, Export, and Print features.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase a license. RPG Mapper does not require user accounts; licenses are tied to an email address and activated on individual devices. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential and for activity on devices you activate.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use RPG Mapper for personal or internal business use. The Founder's License covers all v1.x updates and allows activation on up to 5 devices. Future major versions (v2.0+) may require a separate purchase.
RPG Mapper, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Intric8 Design LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using RPG Mapper (your maps) belongs to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

We provide RPG Mapper on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including deactivating license keys, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You retain all rights to maps and content you create. When you use the Share feature, you grant us a limited license to host and transmit that content solely to provide the sharing functionality.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Intric8 Design LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
